We ship PRIORITY MAIL or UPS depending on weight and distance from Wisconsin. NO P.O. BOXES - UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. Maximum shipping charge is $11.95 for any retail order shipped to LOWER 48 STATES. Cost of shipping is calculated by weight. No matter how large your order you will not be charged over $11.95. Priority mail is used for smaller orders; minimum shipping charge for priority mail is $5.15. After we receive your order, it will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If shipped priority mail, through the post office, you should receive your order 2 - 3 business days after shipment. If shipped through UPS, depending on your distance from Wisconsin, it will take 2 - 7 business days. Please see UPS delivery map at bottom of this page to see how many days it will take for your shipment to arrive at your address. You will receive an email notice on the day we ship your order. In the notice we tell you by what means your order was shipped and expected arrival date. CANCELLATIONS If we have not packed and shipped your order you may cancel your order. If you have received a shipment notice in your email it can not be cancelled. RETURNS RETURN POLICY: Candles that have been lit or melted are not eligible for a refund. REFUSAL OF SHIPMENTS In the case of shipment refusal you will be charged the full cost of shipping, minus the original shipping charge on your order invoice, for the outbound shipment. You will also be charged the FULL cost of return shipment charges and all charges resulting from your refusal and return of the shipment.
